A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged until the day of your service. By booking online you agree to the policies below.

24-hour cancellation policy
*Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment (s).
*NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the full service price and may not be able to reschedule without a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of reserved service.
- Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
**Cancellations by text or email are NOT accepted and/or will be considered a NO SHOW.
* We value your time and want to provide the best service and beauty experience, however if you are beyond the 10 minute grace period and are late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule.

Methods of Payments
All clients are required to have a card on file to be able to book appointments. The card(s) you provide, you are providing as your pre-authorized card on file in-case any fees are owed due to the violation of our policies. Please call the location you are booked for to notify the office promptly if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make adjustments to your appointment(s). In the case that your appointment(s) is/are cancelled or adjusted due to the violation of our policies, 100% of your scheduled service(s) will be applied to the card you provided on file. We accept Visa, MasterCard, any major credit card as well as cash or debit. We DO NOT accept third party checks or personal checks.
**All services have taxes applied at the time of checkout including cash transactions.**

Pricing

* All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.
*Pricing for Lash extension refills only applies to returning clients.
*Some lash refills may require and additional charge if switching from one lash type (Synthetic Mink. Mink) to another.
Age Requirement policy

*Beauty guests' must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of parent/guardian.

Other
​
*New lash beauty quest are required to show up 15 minutes for appointment to fill out and go over the consent form.
*ALL lash beauty guest must come to appointment without any makeup on. Wearing makeup cuts into the time for the appointment because makeup will have to be completely cleaned off before the service can begin.
* Please place cell phones or electronic devices on silent before service. We ask that all phone calls or text messages are taken after any beauty service.
