Why do you need my credit card information when I book online and will my credit card be charged when I book my appointment?

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. The credit card will not be charged unless the guest did not follow the cancellation policy or the service requested requires a deposit. Your information will remain confidential. We do not sale any personal information to any other companies.

How long does it take for a full set eyelash extension application? 

The application process takes an hour and a half to two hours depending on the fullness of the clients natural lashes and desired look.

How often should I get my eyelashes filled?

Every 2-3 weeks. Each persons lash growth vary. Longevity depends on your skincare routine and proper following the aftercare instructions. Clients with naturally oily skin may possibly need a refill sooner than other skin types. Hormones, stress, aftercare, and lifestyle can also affect how long they last.

Will eyelash extensions ruin my natural lashes or cause them to fall out?

No. Natural lashes have a life cycle of  growing  and shedding of their own.

How soon should I schedule a consultation for eyelash extensions?

 3 days prior to your appointment for a full set.

 

What is the difference between classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions?

Classic lash extensions are where a single false eyelash strand is applied to each individual natural lash enhancing the appearance of your natural lashes. Hybrid lash sets are a mix of classic lashes and volume lash clusters giving the lash style a more dense look slight dramatic look.. Volume lash extensions are lash fan clusters giving a dramatic look.

Do I need to clean my lashes?

Yes. It is very important to keep your lashes clean. It helps with the retention and also help prevent eye infections or any other eye issues.

There are a couple of ways. It can be found under the "What you need to know" tab, it can be supplied at the time of your consultation or service, or you can always give us a call.
